菜譜簡介
這道干鍋千葉豆腐,醬香濃郁、香辣適口,是一道非常下飯開胃的家常菜,保證你越吃越過癮。 千葉豆腐不僅保持了豆腐原本的細嫩,更具備特有的Q勁和爽脆,還具有超強的湯汁吸收能力,可以說是一種非常容易烹飪的食材。在各大超市、菜市場都可以買得到。親們可以去找找。
材料

千葉豆腐1包、青蒜苗1小把、洋蔥半個、紅辣椒適量、蔥姜蒜適量。
做法

第一步:准備食材。千葉豆腐1包、青蒜苗1小把、洋蔥半個、紅辣椒適量、蔥姜蒜適量。

第二步:將千葉豆腐切成片、青蒜苗切段、洋蔥切絲、紅辣椒段切、蔥姜蒜切末備用。

第三步:往干鍋底抹少許\油,然後將洋蔥絲放入鍋底。(因為是干鍋,吃的時候還要加熱,所以洋蔥不需要炒熟。如果親不使用干鍋,可以省去這一步。)

第四步:鍋中倒入適量的水,水燒開後將千葉豆腐放入鍋中焯10秒左右撈出。(也可以用油將千葉豆腐煎至雙面金黃,我為了避免食用過多的油,所以改為水焯)

第五步:鍋中倒入適量的油,油熱後放入1勺郫縣豆瓣醬、1勺辣椒粉煸炒出紅油。然後將紅辣椒、蔥姜蒜末放入鍋中煸炒出香味。(火不要太大,太大容易將辣椒粉煸糊)

第六步:將焯好的千葉豆腐放入鍋中翻炒勻均。然後放入半小勺鹽、1小勺白糖、2小勺生抽、2小勺蠔油調味。

第七步:將青蒜苗放入鍋中翻炒勻均。

第八步:出鍋前淋少許\香油翻炒勻均即可關火裝盤。
