材料

面團一塊(約100克),新鮮紫蘇葉適量,小蔥兩根,食用油適量,熟黑芝麻適量,鹽適量。
做法

1.將新鮮紫蘇葉切細絲,小蔥切碎;

2.案板撒粉,放面團擀成長方形大薄片;

3.以下步驟按順序均勻塗抹鋪灑:抹油,撒干面粉,撒鹽,撒熟黑芝麻,鋪紫蘇碎,鋪蔥花碎;

4.將鋪好調料的面片卷成圓柱狀,盤起,擀成厚約0.8釐米的餅胚;

5.鍋中倒適量油,中火,放入餅胚,兩面煎至金色黃,取出,切小塊即可。
