豇豆脆香腸炒麵

材料

鮮面條100克,豇豆角100克,脆腸兩根,雞蛋一個,蒜三瓣,生抽一匙,鹽適量。
做法

1.准備材料:豇豆角洗淨切寸段,脆腸切片,雞蛋打散,蒜切末;

2.燒水,煮面,八分熟(面裡還有一點硬芯)撈出,過冷水,瀝干,備用;

3.炒鍋放適量油,熱油放蛋液炒散,盛出;

4.炒鍋余油放一半蒜末煸香,入豇豆略炒,烹一匙水,炒至豇豆變翠綠;

5.放脆腸,調入適量鹽和生抽,炒勻;

6.放煮好的面條快速炒勻,最後放炒好的雞蛋和剩下的蒜末翻勻,出鍋。
