蒸釀南瓜花

材料

南瓜花、豬肉餡、鮮蝦、生姜末、大蔥末、鹽、白胡椒粉、雞粉、生粉、雞蛋
做法

1、豬肉餡選肥瘦相間的,大蝦(也可不用換成肉餡)

2、南瓜花摘洗干淨瀝干水

3、取一碗,放入豬肉餡、剁碎的蝦肉、雞蛋、生粉、鹽、白胡椒粉、姜末、蔥末、雞粉,適量清水一起攪拌勻

4、瀝干水的南瓜花內灑少許\生粉備用

5、把攪拌好的蝦肉餡後一個個填入南瓜花裡,不要填太滿

6、填完所有南瓜花後,排入盤子裡,入蒸鍋大火隔水15分鐘左右

7、蒸好的釀南瓜花擺\入盤裡

8、鍋裡放入雞湯,加入鹽,雞粉調味後,用濕演粉勾薄芡澆在釀南瓜花上,再撒上少許\枸杞子即可上桌。
