可愛過我既可愛小羊紅豆沙麵包

材料

高粉180克,低粉20克,奶粉8克,干酵母3克,牛奶140克,鹽1.5克,細砂糖15克,無鹽黃油10克

餡料:紅豆沙餡150克(可用你自己喜歡的餡料)
做法

1、面包材料除黃油外放入廚師機,攪至面團光滑,加入黃油打至手套膜狀態,取出滾圓放入容器中,封好保鮮膜,室溫發酵至2倍大小

2、面團取出後平均分成5個小面團,蓋\上保鮮膜松馳20分鐘左右

3、紅豆沙分成30克一個備用

4、取一個松小面團擀成橢圓面片,按圖所示切開

5、切開的面團,最上面那個搓圓做小羊的頭,中間兩條分別做成4條腿,最後一個搓成長條做羊犄角

6、把一個豆沙餡放在面片上

7、用面片把豆沙餡包起來,捏緊,再邊上切幾刀

8、把小羊一個個組裝好

9、篩上面粉,密封二次發酵至2倍大小

10、放入180度預熱好的烤箱,15分鐘,取出放涼即可
